- How it works -
1 Apply to become an official service provider to AM, non-refundable application fee applicable. Provide all necessary materials as part of your application including evidence of insurance details, risk assessments, method statements, case studies and any marketing materials.
2 Your application is reviewed by our team and your details added to our panel of suppliers (assuming your application is successful).
3 Receive your welcome email from our team. Start receiving quotation requests and works orders from our workflow software FixFlo. Gain access to and manage your profile with AM via your own contractor dashboard within FixFlo.
Approved Service Provider Application
To apply to join our panel of Approved Service Providers please complete the below application, registration is £45.00 plus VAT.
Upon receipt of your application your company details and associated submissions will be reviewed by our Block Management team.
Successful applicants will*:
- be added to our panel of Approved Service Providers.
- gain exposure to our Property Managers, senior staff and decision makers within AM.
- receive a welcome email and access to our workflow management tool FixFlo.
- gain access to a dedicated Contractor Profile within FixFlo, including our FixFlo Contractor App.
- start receiving quotation requests and works orders.
