Building Surveyor assisting our Property Managers and clients with complex building pathology matters.

A building surveyor with over 20 years experience in social housing, leisure and block management with a proven track record of maintaining and improving the condition of a large and diverse stock portfolio. I pride myself on building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and contractors to ensure building can be maintained in the best way possible.

I am keen to continue growing the knowledge, skills and experience in the Building Surveying department in order to provide the best service for clients and contractors.

I am typically involved with producing Defect Reports to assist with water ingress/building defect issues, Specifications, Project Management of major or complex works and regularly visiting sites pursuant to this.
