Building Surveyor assisting our Property Managers and clients with complex building pathology matters.

I am a Building Surveyor, completing my Masters in Building Surveying from Nottingham University in 2010. The course provided me with a good knowledge of construction technology, property law, building control regulations and architectural design.

As Block Management Building Surveyor I provide professional assistance to our Property Managers and Clients using my building pathology skill set during times when our Property Managers and Clients may be faced with complex building issues or projects.

I am typically involved with producing Defect Reports to assist with water ingress/building defect issues, Specifications, Project Management of major or complex works and regularly visiting sites pursuant to this.
